What are your terms & conditions?

We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard unless credit is approved. Applications for credit can be downloaded on this website and will be promptly reviewed. All accounts are CASH until credit is established.

Prices do not include freight costs. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

All claims for shortages or unsatisfactory material must be notated on the shipping manifest and faxed, e-mailed or mailed within five (5) business days from receipt of shipment. We strive to settle all discrepancies to the satisfaction of our customers we will not be liable for more than the original purchase price. 

SUBSTITUTIONS: Due to seasonal growing conditions beyond our control it is our normal practice to substitute one full grade lower or higher at prevailing prices to fill an order without prior customer notification. Customers requesting no substitutions should indicate this on their order.

We are located in the heart of the Willamette Valley of Oregon just outside of the town of Silverton. Our address is: 5445 Forest Ridge Rd. NE Silverton, OR 97381
